Alsatian apple tart
- 1 shortcrust pastry or puff pastry
- 1 kg of apples
- For the flan:
- 2 eggs
- 75g sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g fresh cream
Preparation 15 mins
Cooking 45 mins
Put the dough at the bottom of the mold, prick the bottom.
Arrange the apple quarters, sprinkle with sugar.
Put in the oven at 180°C.
As soon as the apples are tender (about 30 minutes from cooking), pour in the flan.
Put back in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve whoursor cold.
