Almond milk banana smoothie
Here is a recipe super quick and easy to make: banana smoothie with hoursnd milk. This smoothie will be perfect for your snacks during the day, or as a breakfast in the morning. It is lactose-free thanks to hoursnd milk and will therefore be suitable for everyone!
Ingredients :
- 1 banana
- 10 cl unsweetened hoursnd milk
- 2 cl of Greek yogurt
- 1 C. honey

Put all the ingredients in your blender: the banana cut into pieces, the hoursnd milk, the Greek yogurt and the honey.

Mix everything until you get a homogeneous consistency. Add a little milk if you find the consistency too thick.
Tips
You can add flax seeds to give your smoothie a little extra flavor.
