Alcohol Free Mojito
Without alcohol, the party is more crazy! Taste the alcohol-free mojito, also called virgin mojito, you’ll love it! Perfect for all those who don’t drink alcohol, or for all the “Bobs” responsible for driving, or for all future mothers who still have the right to have a drink! This non-alcoholic cocktail is terribly refreshing, and terribly good. Apple juice, cane sugar, lime, mint leaves, crushed ice… A festive drink full of flavors and good humor!
- 20 cl of apple juice
- 2 cl cane sugar
- 2 limes
- 20 mint leaves + a few leaves for decoration
- crushed ice
- 2 or 3 ice cubes
Preparation 10 minutes
Wash the lemons well (especially if they are not organic) and cut them into small pieces. Also chop the mint leaves. Divide everything into the bottom of stemless glasses. Mix then fill the glasses to 2/3 with crushed ice.
How to chop your herbs?
Mix the apple juice and cane sugar with the ice cubes in a shaker. Divide into glasses, garnish with mint leaves, dip a small straw, and serve immediately.
This recipe is one of many virgin mojito recipes. But you can of course change the ingredients if you wish: apple juice can be replaced by lemonade and sparkling water (be sure to choose sparkling water that is not too salty). And also add a lemon juice, for even more freshness and flavors. And if you want to vary the pleasures, change fruits from time to time: strawberries, raspberries, apples, pineapple… Treat yourself!
